With over 30 years of experience in the property sector, Tom has held senior leadership roles across a diverse range of asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, and residential. His career includes serving as CEO of Panda Global Funds, where he led operations across multiple markets, as well as a senior specialist at Payton Capital, which was recently acquired by ASX-listed HMC Capital.

Before joining Occasio as Senior Executive – Investments, Tom played a pivotal role in corporate advisory and capital raising initiatives both domestically and internationally, with established networks in the UAE, Asia, and the Americas. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director for several China-based entities requiring listing on the ASX.

In addition to his corporate advisory expertise, Tom maintains equity holdings in a range of businesses and investment entities across property development, construction, and venture capital sectors. He holds an MBA and several other relevant diplomas, complementing his extensive experience in corporate structures and investment strategies.
