The investment was structured to provide this developer with an additional layer of funding to support their own equity. The additional facility enabled the developer to proceed with the construction once senior bank presale hurdles were achieved. 

The Occasio Fund investor was provided with the opportunity to participate in a project that was significantly de-risked by the developer and actively managed by the Occasio Investments team including regular site visits, attendance at Project Control Groups and direct conversations with the builder as required.
