Ronson has over 9 years of experience as both an Investment and Asset Manager across the property sector in office, retail, industrial and development. 

He has transacted over $600m and asset managed over $500m in office, retail and mixed-use development assets across Australia (NSW, QLD, VIC & WA) and in Singapore. Additionally, he has transacted and managed equity co-investments into third-party fund managed properties worth $1 billion.

Whilst at Singapore-based Firmus Capital, Ronson lead the investment team and grew the fund’s assets under management by 440% over 4 years. Ronson has a wide range of skills from origination, research and analysis, financial modelling, structuring, formulating strategic asset plans, negotiating sales contracts and capital raising.

Ronson holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and is an accredited Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).
