As Head of Distribution at Occasio, Justin Mason leads the firm’s national capital-raising strategy across institutional, family office and private wealth channels. 

With over 25 years of experience in financial markets, Justin has held senior distribution and investment roles at organisations including Lehman Brothers, La Trobe Financial (a Brookfield company) and Bite Investments.

Justin brings a proven ability to raise capital Australia-wide, combining deep relationships with sophisticated investors and a strong understanding of private credit and alternative investments. His expertise lies in connecting quality investment opportunities with aligned capital partners, supporting Occasio’s mission to deliver consistent income outcomes for sophisticated and wholesale investors.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
